After a three-year break from Corona, we celebrated our company event at two locations - in Bajina Basta and Berchtesgaden. Our team spirit was further strengthened through a variety of excursions and an exuberant atmosphere.
Next year with pleasure again!
After three years of Corona break, our company event finally took place again this month. However, due to the still ongoing pandemic, we took the precaution of organizing two separate events this year, one with the teams from Bosnia and Serbia and one with the team from Germany.
Nevertheless, all employees had a lot of fun and were able to strengthen their group community through workshops and joint activities. For Bosnia/Serbia, the teambuilding took place in the beautiful small town of Bajina Basta, where the group made a trip to the nearby Tara National Park. There they were able to experience the beautiful nature but also have an educational excursion to ancient buildings.
Among other things, they visited the Manastir Rača (an Orthodox monastery) to explore the history of this region. For the German team it also went to the mountains, to Berchtesgaden. Again, we made a joint trip to Königssee, 20 minutes away, and explored the fairytale-like area.
Towards the evening, both became more personal and boisterous and the colleagues were able to get to know each other better and become closer. In summary, we can say that our company event this year was a complete success.
Our team spirit at this event was very motivating and inspiring, and we are already looking forward to our next team event, hopefully all together then.
