Migration, operation and support of the FirstSpirit platform by asioso

asioso migrated the websites of thyssenkrupp Steel Europe and Chile, operates the systems, further develops the platform and provides editorial support.  

Challenge 

The thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG website based on FirstSpirit was to be migrated to a new platform and expanded. In addition, the topics of security, availability, and support played an important role.
  
So a reliable partner was sought that had many years of FirstSpirit know-how and could ensure operation of the platform. 
 

Solution 

asioso set up the servers, migrated the FirstSpirit projects within the planned time, and made the necessary adjustments. A new search based on Elasticsearch was also introduced. Many other optimizations were made and successfully implemented. 

To ensure worldwide performance, the Content Delivery Network Cloudflare was integrated. A module for automated cache invalidation was developed to achieve optimum performance and at the same time ensure that the website is up-to-date through caching.
 
asioso provides a service desk to enable editorial and technical queries to be processed quickly and sustainably at any time.
