Working Together for Greater Participation in the Workforce 

For us, social responsibility means providing support where it makes a tangible difference. That is why we are committed to AVANTA München e. V. and, through it, to promoting participation in the workforce, skills development, and new opportunities in professional life. 

AVANTA supports people on their journey into or back into the workforce and creates sustainable opportunities through employment, training, and counseling. In this way, the organization makes an important contribution to social and professional integration in Munich. 

This commitment is also part of a broader context: The Munich Employment and Training Program, in collaboration with numerous social partners, supports more than 100 projects. Each year, these programs reach over 15,000 participants. In addition, there are events, trade shows, and meetups attracting around 10,000 visitors, as well as a network of more than 150 employers in Munich. 

Especially in times of rising costs, dwindling resources, and social tensions, collaboration is becoming increasingly important. We are convinced that sustainable social impact arises when companies, social organizations, and other societal actors pool their expertise. 

For us, this means working not alongside one another, but with one another. Together, we can develop new solutions, share knowledge, and strengthen structures that support people in the long term. 

For us, the partnership with AVANTA is therefore more than just a single initiative. It embodies our belief that change begins where people and organizations take responsibility and act together.
