asioso GmbH is one of the best employers in Germany. We are very pleased to have been chosen as TOP JOB Employer 2021 and are very proud of this award.
Every year, zeag GmbH (Centre for Employer Attractiveness) awards the best employers. For this purpose, a well-founded employee and employer survey was carried out in advance and analysed by the University of St. Gallen. For the result then six factors are analyzed:
- Leadership and vision
- Employee development and perspective
- Family orientation and demography
- Internal entrepreneurship
- Culture and communication
- Motivation and dynamics
Patron Sigmar Gabriel and Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch of the University of St. Gallen explain in the video the most important factors that distinguish asioso as a TOP employer. Especially in the point internal entrepreneurship we as asioso GmbH could convince. This means that our employees act like internal entrepreneurs and bring in their own ideas and also have the trust and the freedom to make important decisions.
We are particularly pleased that the above-mentioned points were found in the analysis, as integrity, trust and appreciation - along with sustainability - are the three most important values that we as asioso GmbH want to convey and for which we stand.
