Challenge

With 14 faculties, Munich University of Applied Sciences has a large number of websites that are maintained with the FirstSpirit Web Content Management System. The maintenance is carried out by around 250 editors, who permanently add new content to the various websites.

Many different requirements of the editors and users require constant further development of the system.

Solution

asioso supports the university with daily editorial support by means of a ticketing system. In addition, asioso develops further templates in FirstSpirit, corrects errors that occur and ensures an up-to-date system through system updates.

Furthermore, asioso is involved in the further development and is always available to the University of Applied Sciences Munich in an advisory capacity.

Several times a year, asioso trains editors in the use of SiteArchitect so that they become familiar with the more extensive content management possibilities.
